At PurplePix Gifts, we take pride in creating personalised items that are made especially for you. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Personalised Items
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that customised or personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, we’re very sorry and will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement item
A full or partial refund
A store credit (where appropriate)
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Personalised Items
If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Proof Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all previews, spellings, images, and designs before confirming their order.
Refunds will not be issued for errors approved at checkout, including spelling mistakes or image quality issues.
Colours and Images
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Minor colour differences do not qualify as a fault.
