These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the PurplePix Gifts website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PurplePix Gifts specialises in personalised gifts including (but not limited to) mugs, clothing, tote bags, slates, baby items and other customised products.
- Ordering Process
Orders are placed via our website.
You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (text, images, spelling, colours, sizes) are correct before checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot usually be amended or cancelled as items are made to order.
- Personalised Products
Most items sold by PurplePix Gifts are made to order and personalised.
You confirm you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or text submitted.
PurplePix Gifts is not responsible for errors present in the final product if they were approved at checkout.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, or other methods shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Proofs and Online Previews
Online previews are for guidance only.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.
Minor colour variations do not constitute a fault.
- Production and Dispatch
Production begins once payment is received.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
PurplePix Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
- Returns and Refunds
Personalised Items
Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period unless faulty or damaged.
This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition.
- Cancellations
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Cancellation requests made before production may be accepted at our discretion.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, images, designs and branding belong to PurplePix Gifts and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Customer Content
By submitting images or text, you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it
It does not infringe third-party rights
It is not offensive or unlawful
We reserve the right to refuse orders that breach these conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
PurplePix Gifts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
